こんなに、ひっきりなしにコメント・質問を受けたプレゼンは初めてだったけど、みんなとっても polite & critical で、非常に勉強になりました。ただ、予想以上に専門が近い人が多かったようで、話がすこしスローすぎたみたい。日本語環境ならその場の雰囲気を、、、となるけど、英語だと、さっぱり、、、なんでみんな（動学や位相図について）こんなに良く知ってるんだろう、、、っていうくらいで、、、。セミナー終わってから1時間くらいたったあとに、あ、専門が近い人が多かったんだ、と。きっと、報告の進行が遅すぎましたね。
友人に too polite 、といわれた。この友人にはいつも同じことを言われます。ただこれは意識して改善しようとしてるけど、ぜんぜん治らないんだよなあ。Too polite になることで、あるいは、過度に謙遜することで、、、ごまかす、というか、摩擦を避ける、というか、自分の poor な現実から目を背ける、というか、と同時に、実は心の奥にあるらしいまだ具現化していないナイーブなプライドを抑え込む、というか、、、この習慣はぼくの身体のかなり奥深くに根付いてますね。とくに初めての環境だとなおさら。でも、日本でもカナダでもイギリスでも、優秀な人ほど堂々と横綱相撲してる気がするので、なんとか工夫して、改善していきたいと思う。取り急ぎ報告まで。

After I initially commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Perhaps there is an easy method you can remove me from that service? Thank you!
